About iSpeech

Communication is about more than words.

iSpeech is a paediatric speech pathology practice supporting children and families across South East Melbourne. We believe therapy works best when children feel safe, understood and involved in the process.

Our philosophy

Connection over compliance.

We focus on building genuine, trusting relationships with children and families. Therapy is shaped around each child’s interests, strengths and communication style, with space for choice, autonomy and meaningful participation.

What guides our care

Child-centred

Therapy is shaped around each child’s interests, strengths and communication style, so they can participate in ways that feel safe and meaningful.

Collaborative

We work alongside families, teachers and other professionals to support communication across everyday environments.

Evidence-informed

We combine current research, clinical experience and ongoing reflection to guide individualised, meaningful support.

Inclusive

We respect each child’s background, culture and communication style, including the languages they hear and use at home.
